Who We Are
The Doghouse WL was founded out of love, specifically, love for a little brown merle Cockapoo named Stella. When our owner couldn’t find daycare or boarding that truly met her dog’s needs, she eventually discovered this place and knew it was something worth protecting. In July 2022, she purchased the business. In October 2025, she welcomed a business partner, and together they’re building on the same philosophy that started it all: take it slow, know every dog, and create a home away from home.

Ready to bring your dog to The Doghouse WL? The process begins with a New Client Questionnaire. Once received, we’ll add your dog to our Welcome Visit waitlist. Welcome Visits are typically scheduled 2–3 months after joining—and every step after that is designed to set your dog up for success.
